Artist/Teacher/Researcher
Connecting creative practice with inquiry, process and lived experience

Teaching Philosophy
As both an artist and a teacher, I see education as a creative and collaborative process. My classroom philosophy is rooted in the belief that every student should feel safe, comfortable, and valued.
I strive to create an inclusive environment that celebrates individuality and supports diverse learning needs, with particular attention to students with special educational needs.
Drawing from my practice as a visual artist and researcher, I bring storytelling, culture, and creative exploration into the classroom.
I believe that art has the power to open spaces for self-expression, empathy, and critical thinking, and I encourage students to connect their own experiences with broader cultural and historical narratives. My approach is holistic and proactive: I focus not only on skill development but also on nurturing curiosity, resilience, and confidence.
I want my students to see education as a journey that extends beyond the classroom, equipping them with tools for self-discovery, creative expression, and lifelong learning.
